Pulse Runners Shine at the Bognor 10K
A huge well done to all the Pulse runners who took part in the Bognor 10K!
Whether you were chasing a new PB, pushing yourself to the finish line, or simply enjoying the fantastic atmosphere and having fun along the way, you all did amazingly. The determination, encouragement, and team spirit on display made it a brilliant event to be part of.
Every runner should be incredibly proud of their achievement, with each person representing Pulse with positivity, energy, and dedication from start to finish.
A very special mention must also go to Donna and Nigel on completing their very first 10K race — an incredible achievement and the first of many more to come! Crossing that finish line for the first time is something truly special, and you both should be extremely proud of yourselves.

Supporting the Community at Greenwich Peninsula Parkrun 💚
The Pulse was out supporting the running community this weekend as Kirsten took on the role of Park Walker at Greenwich Peninsula Parkrun.
Playing a vital part in making parkrun welcoming and inclusive for all, Kirsten helped ensure everyone could take part at their own pace and feel supported throughout. It’s fantastic to see members of the Pulse giving back and helping others enjoy their running journey.
